INTIMATE Package - 30 to 100 Day Guests

Trevenna's cluster of barns are perfect for intimate wedding celebrations where our friendly and flexible Wedding Team approaches every wedding as a one off occasion. 

We recognise that many couples wish to host their wedding celebrations with close family and friends. With this is mind, we have put together our Intimate Wedding Package which enables you and your guests to enjoy Trevenna on selected dates throughout the year.

Our Intimate Package includes our Barn accommodation for 2 nights, and provides your Wedding Feast & Drinks based on 30 guests. If our Intimate Package appeals to you but you would like a larger celebration, additional day and evening guests may be added. 

Every element of our Intimate Package can be tweaked to ensure your wedding is as you wish.

INTIMATE PACKAGE DETAILS

The Intimate Package is based on 30 resident guests including the Couple and provides:

  • Exclusive Use hire for Trevenna for 2 nights from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.
  • Barn Accommodation for up to 30 Guest in our six contemporary barns for 2 nights.
  • Ceremony (but not including the Registrars Legal Fee).
  • Dining space for up to 100 guests including the couple. 
  • Wedding Feast & Drinks from 30 Guests (see details below).

WEDDING FEAST

The Intimate Package includes the following dining services & drinks:

  • Selection of Canapes 
  • Pimms, Hot cider or Mulled Wine Reception following the Ceremony
  • Table wine during the Wedding Feast of half a bottle per guest
  • Wedding Feast of 3 course Gastro Farm House dining, or BBQ, or 9 Course Bowl Foods 
  • Sparkling Wine Toast for the speeches
  • Evening Munchies
  • All service, white table linen, napkins, glassware and china
  • Hosting team to lay tables and set up for your ceremony.

GUEST DINING

Additional guest dining detailed below may be added to the Intimate Package at additional cost:

  • Cornish Cream Tea on arrival of Scones, Roddas Clotted Cream & Strawberry Jam
  • Welcome Dinner/BBQ during the first evening
  • Morning Before Breakfast
  • Morning After Breakfast

THE INTIMATE PACKAGE TARIFFS

The minimum Intimate Package Tariff is £5,850 and includes all of the above for up to 30 guests. See the Intimate Package download for details and our Special Offers page for our latest Intimate Package Offers and discounts. 

ADDITIONAL WEDDING GUESTS

Additional adult wedding guests attending your wedding day celebrations are charged from £40-£55 per guest for attendance at the Ceremony and the Wedding Feast as above. Evening only guests may also be added from £5 per head. 

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION FOR GUESTS

Additional on site accommodation is available at additional charge in the Farm House on a B&B basis, for up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. 

LARGER CELEBRATIONS OR WEDDING PARTIES OVER 30 GUESTS

Trevenna hosts wedding parties for up to 100 day guests and 125 evening guests. Dining takes place in the Garden Marquee which is combined with the Threshing barn to beautifully extend the area and provide a light and airy contemporary space for wedding guests to dine and enjoy your wedding celebrations. Smaller wedding parties can dine in the Threshing barn if preferred.
