All Inclusive Wedding Package - AVAILABLE ALL YEAR 40 to 100 Day Guests

Our friendly and flexible Wedding Team approaches every wedding as a one off occasion.

From our extensive experience of hosting weddings, we have put together our All Inclusive Wedding Package for a brilliant structure to your wedding which provides comfort to our couples knowing that they and their guests will be well fed, watered and have a memorable stay. Our All Inclusive Wedding Package includes all our onsite Barn & Farm House accommodation (40 Guests) and provides the Wedding Feast & Drinks, plus Guest Dining throughout your stay.

Every element of our All Inclusive Wedding Package can be tweaked to ensure your wedding is as you wish. Additional day and evening guests may be added to your wedding day celebrations.

ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE DETAILS

The All Inclusive Wedding Package is based on 40 guests including the Couple and provides:

Exclusive Use hire for Trevenna for 2 nights from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Barn Accommodation for up to 33 Guest in our six contemporary barns for 2 nights.

Farm House accommodation for up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms for 2 nights.

Ceremony (but not including the Registrars Legal Fee)

Dining space for up to 40 guests including the couple (formal dining for guest numbers above 40 requires a Garden Marquee)

Wedding Feast & Drinks from 40 Guests (see details below)

Guest Dining throughout your stay for your 40 resident Guests (see details below)

WEDDING FEAST

The All Inclusive Wedding Package includes the following dining services & drinks:

Choice of 3 Canapes
Pimms or Mulled Wine Reception following the Ceremony
Table wine during the Wedding Feast of half a bottle per guest
Wedding Feast of 3 course Gastro Farm House dining, or BBQ, or 9 Course Bowl Foods
Sparkling Wine Toast for the speeches
Evening Munchies
All service, white table linen, napkins, glassware and china

GUEST DINING

The All Inclusive Wedding Package includes the following additional Guest Dining for your 40 resident Guests:

Cornish Cream Tea on arrival of Scones, Roddas Clotted Cream & Strawberry Jam
Welcome Dinner/BBQ during the first evening
Morning Before Breakfast
Morning After Breakfast

ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE TARIFFS

The minimum All Inclusive Wedding Package Tariff is £7,650 and includes all of the above for up to 40 guests. See the All Inclusive Package download for details and our Special Offers page for our latest All Inclusive WeddingPackage Offers.

ADDITIONAL WEDDING GUESTS

Additional adult wedding guests attending your wedding day celebrations are charged at £55 per guest for attendance at the Ceremony and the Wedding Feast as above. Evening only guests may also be added from £8 per head.

LARGER CELEBRATIONS OR WEDDING PARTIES OVER 40 GUESTS

For Wedding Celebrations larger than 40 guests requiring formal dining a Garden Marquee extension is added to the Threshing barn. This comes in 3 sizes. Prices range from £1,000 to £2,500 depending on individual requirements.

All the Marquees have a wooden floor, new cream carpet, linings, up lighters and a chandelier, a clear side section for enjoying the beautiful views. Prices include tables and chairs.
